Pine Lakes Ranch
Natural Gas Project
Work in Your Area
Natural gas line and services replacement work is starting on April 6, 2026, within the Pine Lakes Ranch community.
Pine Lakes Ranch Natural Gas Project
We're working in your community to continue to provide safe, reliable service and to enhance system resiliency during extreme weather. Replacement of natural gas lines is happening on the north side of the Pine Lakes Ranch community. The project area is between 100th Avenue and 104th Avenue and between Colorado Boulevard and Riverdale Road. Please see the map on this page for resident streets where project work will occur.
During construction, a new gas meter will be set and your service transferred over. If there will be an interruption to service, crews will schedule with you to minimize the disruption.
Schedule
Work will take place through 2026. Schedules are subject to change. We won't work in the entire project area at once. We'll generally work south to north but we may have multiple areas under construction at the same time.
